Monday 02 December 2024Final date to arrange TPA (Third Party Authorisation) collection of your parchment after completion of ceremonies. You must submit the TPA form, and you must also email askqut@qut.edu.au with the subject ‘Parchment collection’ requesting that your parchment be collected by the third party. Ceremony schedule
You'll be invited to the correct ceremony for your study area when registrations open.
You can plan ahead by checking the graduation ceremony schedule below and finding the ceremony date and time for your study area.
If you complete your course after the cut-off date but are still eligible to graduate, you'll be included in either the March or September conferral round. These are non-ceremony rounds which means you'll receive your parchment by mail and be invited to attend a future ceremony.
End-of-year ceremonies 2024
End-of-year ceremonies will be held from 10-18 December 2024.
NS42 Bachelor of Nursing
Due to the large cohort, Bachelor of Nursing students are spread across two ceremonies. Your allocation will be confirmed in your graduation invitation email.

Mid-year ceremonies 2025
Mid-year ceremonies are typically held in July or August.

Live streaming
All graduation ceremonies will be live streamed for the benefit of family members or friends who are unable to attend the ceremony.
This stream can be viewed from Windows and Mac OS X computers, Apple iOS and Android mobile devices. Streaming video can be data-intensive - be aware of your mobile plan's 3G/4G data limits.
No permanent recording will be kept by or used for any other purpose by the University.
