Christmas and New Year hours
HiQ (including phone, email, chat and on-campus services) will be closed for the holiday period from 6pm Wednesday 24 December 2025.
Chat and email services will be available on Friday 2 January 2026.
All services will resume Summer Program hours from Monday 5 January 2026.
