Our ceremony and conferral rounds

In 2021, our mid-year ceremonies will be held in October 2021 and our end-of-year ceremonies will be held in January 2022.

We recommend waiting until you have access to your graduation confirmation number (which confirms your ceremony attendance) before making any arrangements (such as flights, accommodation, tickets and academic hire). We cannot refund these costs if your circumstances change.

Mid-year ceremonies

Due to the recent COVID-19 lockdown in South East Queensland, mid-year ceremonies were postponed and will now take place from 22-26 October 2021 at the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre.
