Graduation - Mid-Year Ceremonies
Wednesday 15 July 2026Cut off for TPA forms - Final date to request for your parchment to be collected by yourself or another person. In person collection is from HiQ Kelvin Grove only.
Email ceremonies@qut.edu.au with your request and include your TPA form if you would like your parchment collected by another person.

You must submit the TPA form, and you must also email askqut@qut.edu.au with the subject ‘Parchment collection’ requesting that your parchment be collected by the third party. You can plan ahead by checking the graduation ceremony schedule below and finding the ceremony date and time for your study area.
Mid-year ceremonies
Mid-year ceremonies will be held from Wednesday 29 July to Tuesday 4 August 2026 at the Star Brisbane Event Centre.
Further details about the ceremony schedule will be available in mid-April 2026.
End-of-year ceremonies
End-of-year ceremonies will be held from Monday 7 December to Thursday 17 December 2026 at the Star Brisbane Event Centre (subject to change).
Further details about the ceremony schedule will be available in mid-September 2026.

Live streaming
All graduation ceremonies will be live streamed for the benefit of family members or friends who are unable to attend the ceremony.
This stream can be viewed from Windows and Mac OS X computers, Apple iOS and Android mobile devices. Streaming video can be data-intensive - be aware of your mobile plan's 3G/4G data limits.
No permanent recording will be kept by or used for any other purpose by the University.
