Through HiQ, QUT students can access what they need when they need it, from general enquiries, library assistance and technology support, to getting help with university processes.
The HiQ team will also work closely with faculties and other student services to connect students with specialist support, and opportunities that enhance their university experience.
HiQ is designed by students, for students. Students developed the HiQ name and have been involved in every step of designing their experience, the space, the mobile app and web updates.
We want to keep this partnership going to grow and evolve HiQ over time in response to student feedback, analytics and process improvements.
