You will examine how these policies influence short-run economic fluctuations, economic growth, income distribution, employment, inflation, and exchange rates. Through a blend of theory and practical application, you will gain an in-depth understanding of macroeconomic policies in both national and global contexts. You will also have access to resources such as additional study material, weekly formative assignments and their solutions on the unit's Canvas site. You will need your student number and password to access the Canvas site, and you are required to check it regularly for new announcements and materials.
You are expected to study the relevant material (textbook and other supplementary materials) and complete the assignment provided before attending the lecture, workshop, or tutorial.
