Overview
What does the business world of the future look like? The Business Capstone will make you future ready.
The future business professional navigates the unforeseen complexities of future business. This unit will develop students' skills in advanced analyses of the macro, meso, and micro business environments to determine critical business priorities in the now and in the future.
The future business professional leads multidisciplinary teams to collaborate and innovate effectively when tackling complex business scenarios. This unit will impart students with techniques for advanced ideation, value creation, and leadership of high-performance teams.
Lastly, the future business professional materialises ideas compellingly to influence desirable, feasible, and viable change. This unit will advance students' dynamic communication skills to create real-world impact on real-world business.
Learning Outcomes
On successful completion of this unit you will be able to:
- Apply advanced, multidisciplinary evidence-based business frameworks and diagnostic techniques to critically analyse and derive insights into current and future strategic business priorities [KS 1.2, HO 2.1, SE 5.2]

There will be an in-depth exploration of team dynamics to equip you with the skills to flourish in a multidisciplinary team at university and in the professional world. With your multidisciplinary team, you will practice designing innovative solutions and strategies for future business scenarios.
You will hear from industry professionals and experts who will share contemporary business knowledge for working effectively as future business professionals across individual, team and organisational levels.

Teams will demonstrate their solutions in a live business pitch aiming to enhance credibility, influence, and decision-making among senior business stakeholders.
Part B: Team Member Review - Individual component
You will review each team member's contribution towards fostering a high-performance multidisciplinary team throughout the Business Capstone
This assessment is based on teamwork and provides evidence of achievement of associated Unit Learning Outcomes and Course Learning Outcomes. Individual submissions/presentations will not be accepted.

What does the business world of the future look like? The Business Capstone will make you future ready.
The future business professional navigates the unforeseen complexities of future business. This unit will develop students' skills in advanced analyses of the macro, meso, and micro business environments to determine critical business priorities in the now and in the future.
The future business professional leads multidisciplinary teams to collaborate and innovate effectively when tackling complex business scenarios. This unit will impart students with techniques for advanced ideation, value creation, and leadership of high-performance teams.
Lastly, the future business professional materialises ideas compellingly to influence desirable, feasible, and viable change. This unit will advance students' dynamic communication skills to create real-world impact on real-world business.
