Previous units QZB101 English for Academic Purposes 1A and QZB102 English for Academic Purposes 1B introduced you, and enabled you to practise, English language skills, benchmarking you at English for Academic Purposes (EAP) 1 standards. This unit QZB202 follows QZB201 English for Academic Purposes 2A in further developing your English language academic skills and enables you to practise them. You will continue to be taught and assessed on English Language Proficiency (ELP) and the use of this language to complete academic tasks. Upon successful completion of this unit you will be benchmarked at English for Academic Purposes (EAP) 2 standards, which recognises the results as being notionally equivalent to the Overall IELTS score of 6.5 with no sub-score less than 6, equipping you with academic English language skills required for EZ90 Bachelor of Engineering (Hons).
