KGOptometry clinic
QUT Optometry Clinic provides lens prescriptions and eye examinations, contact lenses, children's vision, and vision rehabilitation.
Cost
Many of our services are provided by our students under supervision by accredited clinicians and are competitively priced. As these services are provided by students they are not covered by Medicare or Private Health Insurance.
We also offer a range of competitively priced services that are provided by accredited practitioners (podiatrists, optometrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians and exercise physiologists ) and therefore attract Health Fund Rebates and Medicare Rebates where applicable (bulk billed where possible).
Patients accessing services under a chronic disease management program will be bulk billed with a referral from their GP and a valid Medicare card. Our reception staff will be able to provide costs for any service you're interested in.
