The eResearch Office offers a broad range of services including:

• access to and support for advanced computation facilities within and outside QUT (e.g. supercomputing, national compute infrastructure)
• help with scientific research applications (access to research software, software porting and optimisation, specialist software development, research portals)
• training (e.g. for new researchers or research assistants).

• the preservation or storage of large datasets from experiments, observations or simulations
• assistance with geographically distributed research collaborations, access issues for non-QUT staff or joint appointments that may be located off-campus
• access to off-campus resources such as networked instruments and shared data repositories.
