Security arrangements on QUT campuses include a 24-hour patrol service, sophisticated keying and entry systems, fire safety precautions, emergency procedures, and a night safe transfer service for students and staff.
Security unit staff respond to problems on campus, escort students and staff at night, oversee after-hours access to university buildings, and ensure compliance with laws and regulations on campus.
