Domestic students
Within two weeks of successfully completing the degree, you will be automatically offered a place in the Master of Data Science. Should you not take up this offer but wish to study the masters later, please lodge an application when you are ready to start studying the masters.
International students
Within two weeks of successfully completing the degree, your offer conditions will be satisfied and you will be invited to enrol in the Master of Data Science.
Course Structures
To meet the requirements for the Bachelor of Biomedical Science, you must complete a total of 288 credit points, made up of:
- seven Biomedical Introductory core units (Year 1)
- a Major (six units) from the Biomedical Science Major Options (Years 2 & 3)
- six Biomedical Sciences elective units (Year 2)
- the Biomedical Data Science Minor comprising four core preparatory postgraduate units (Year 3)
- two QUT You units
To meet the requirements for the Master of Data Science, you must complete an additional 96 credit points of specified units from the Master of Data Science (Year 4).
