Overview

The Executive Graduate Certificate in Business (Leadership Coaching) is designed to enhance the leadership capacities of executives and senior management, corporate and government organisations, executives who design leadership development programs and executive coaches. The course provides foundational knowledge and competencies for leaders who are using or are intending to use coaching and mentoring approaches to develop the capacity of their staff who lead in complex organisational contexts. They will already be aware of the power of coaching and mentoring as methodologies and interventions to support leaders' engagement in sense-making and decision-making in situations where there are no clear pathways forward.
